Carly joined the Valvano team in 2011 and has only grown with knowledge and talent for delivering great hair, and providing exceptional service is top priority for this perfectionist. Carly absolutely enjoys all aspects of hair from cutting, colouring and styling. From this growth she has found a new love for editorial hair. Working with models on our photo shoots has given Carly the ability to fully express a true form of her art. It is with no surprise that Carly won the 2019 North American Beauty Envision Award for editorial hair ( held in Hollywood California ) and was also a team member for the salon's 2020 BEA win. Some of her past awards include a gold Canadian ABA trophy, a first place finish in the Valvano image awards competition and a global Bangstyle “The Supremes” win. Carly is humbled to have received all of these top awards for simply doing what she loves to do, and is thankful that every day she gets to do what she loves. As a driving force at Valvano we see that same love and passion for delivering amazing hair, with all clients that sit in her chair. One fun fact about Carly is that she loves to shop and wear black with a Starbucks in hand.
